What was great is that Emily pointed out a quiet places to us and was able to narrow down exactly what we wanted and add on any extras that we wanted for a very reasonable price
We went to Hayes because they were able to show us what we needed and narrow the search down to just a few super places

A very friendly team who seem to enjoy their work. There is an atmosphere of fun in the office and they work as a team, helping each other as well as the customers.
Most importantly the staff seem friendly and confidant. They are perfectly happy to deal with big bookings or small problems.
My only criticism of my last visit was that I had to wait quite a while. Only two staff members on and several customers ahead of me. But that's the downside of being so successful, I suppose.

Excellent service offering a great travel experience!
I have used Hays Travel in Witney (James) a couple of times now and the service has been impeccable. The team are all very friendly and helpful and despite my two requirements being completely different in nature (both in terms of price and distance), I received the same high level of service. An excellent Company!

Hays Travel winners for me!
As I live quite a long way from the nearest Hayes Travel store I made my holiday booking by telephone. The staff (James) were very helpful and my holiday was fully booked and paid for in a very short time. Excellent service.
