I received a friendly welcome from the…
I received a friendly welcome from the moment I walked in the door. The young man was polite and professional. He listened to my very specific requirements and was able to create the holiday for me. He was the branch apprentice but was knowledgeable, competent and confident to ask for support from a colleague when he needed it. A very positive experience.

Excellent travel agent
Hays in Witney booked all our flights for a month tour of Australia and New Zealand. Unfortunately, like so many others we were stuck in Bangkok because of Dubai flight cancellations. Many thanks to Dan and his team for exploring routes for us to fly back avoiding the ME and also arranging a refund for our unused flight. Their support and knowledge was invaluable at a very stressful time.
