Extremely pleased with the great customer service over the weekend. Aidan at Workington branch was so cheerful, friendly and patient, he found us what we wanted on two separate holidays, he was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble, satisfied customers.

Employee was patient and thorough
Employee was patient and thorough, she tried to find the holiday to fit our budget and dates which were very specific.
She also gave us a range of places to look at and things to do as we are not sunbathers.
She looked at all elements such as temperature climate in the northern part of the island.
She also took consideration into TripAdvisor reviews and was open to discuss these.
More deals should be displayed in the window to widen our knowledge on options.
We liked her personal touches on where to go next and dates to bring in passports

First time traveller …
I’ve never ever used a travel agent until now. Never had a passport until this year so the whole booking to go abroad was very daunting, but with Clare’s help everything was made so easy. Finding a perfect flight, hotel and location

Booking a summer holiday
