Normally book on line but last two occasions I have booked with Courtney and Liz. They helped me book there and then for the same price as on line. I found the whole experience smooth and professional.

Our advisor very helpfil and we looked at a couple of options and an extra £60 off wenjad a leafet at hime havung been to Gdansk Dec and we discussed seats but said Dec sears.were awful so will take pot luck cheslcked we had insurance annf passporys in date

Catlin from Wrexham branch who we delt with was friendly nothing was too much trouble even when we said we would go away and check out other travel agents she printed off the deals she had found for us and said if we needed anymore help to come and speak to her went to another agent but they couldn't bet the price so we went back to book the holiday

Great Service.. visited Wrexham store my neice & i to book our first holiday to Greece, with no idea of what part. Caitlin was so helpful, imformative & gave lots of choices. Very good, friendly overall experience!
