I walked in , explained what I wanted , I left it with Karen next morning Karen called and I got exactly that, , perfect !!!! Quick n easy , no stress, explained thoroughly and offered extras with no hard sell , pleasant experience all round

We have been dealing with Olivia and Rashida from Hays travel for a number of years they always work so hard in getting us the very best deal they can.This time was no different ,it's the extra attention to detail that they get you like flight times extra legroom etc,it really matters and they are always available on the phone or email whether your om holiday or home that extra security and personal touch is priceless 2 of the best in the business by far.
