Zoe Preston was so helpful and made the whole experience easy and stress free! Zoe gave me great advice and took all of my requirements into account. As there is a group of mixed ages going, she made sure everyone was thought of. Wouldn’t hesitate to book with Zoe again :)

I spoke to Zoe about a safari that I was intetested in, she rang me back with all the answers which gave me the confidence to go ahead and book.
Very helpful.

This is our 3rd trip booking with Zoe, and she did not disappoint yet again. We changed location and dates which still was not an issue and Zoe worked until early evening to make sure we and the best option and deal for us. We will be back to book with Zoe once we return from this trip.

Wife booked a trip to USA for my 60th , because we only got our travel documents a couple of days before ,we only got them when we called into Hays Travel ,tried to blame us for the late pick up . San Francisco was disappointing because we didn't confirm our trip to Alcatraz 48hrs before ( down to not receiving paperwork in plenty of time) , arrived in Las Vegas and went on our helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon only to find that we were not booked on helicopter but a light aircraft ride ,paid extra for the helicopter ride , not booked for a transfer from Hotel to airport, had to sort ourselves.

Zoe is amazing she took all the stress out of booking anything away.. efficient kept us up to date all the way through. Would highly recommend and book through her again.
