Absolutely love our wall art. It goes perfectly in our kitchen dining area. Great quality art peace at a reasonable price. Will definitely be buying again from this company in the future.

My 'artwork' was absolutely not great
My 'artwork' was absolutely not great! It's a poorly printed design on a cheap canvas with no depth of colour. I'd guess i could purchase the same thing on Temu for £300 less.

Hi S Walker,
Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback - and I'm genuinely sorry your piece didn't arrive looking the way it should. That's not the experience we want anyone to have, and it's not the standard we hold ourselves to.
Every canvas we sell is printed and hand-framed here in London, and depth of colour is exactly what we pride ourselves on — so if yours arrived flat, dull or poorly printed, something has gone wrong with your specific piece and I'd really like to put it right. Whether that's a free replacement, checking whether a faulty batch got through, or a full refund — whatever feels fair to you.
Could you get in touch with me at alistair@hdlondonart.com with your order number (or just reply to Trustpilot's information request)? I'll personally make sure it's sorted quickly.
Kind regards,
Alistair — Founder, HD London Art
