Husband loves the night caps for sleeping. I recently ordered the bamboo/cotton nightcap which he likes, but would suggest that your manufacturer skip the "leather" label as this can be irritating while wearing. Husband was able to remove it without damage.

Very happy with my purchase of the So Simple pre-sewn head scarves, they are beautiful and such nice quality. A lot of color and pattern choices, and 3 fabrics. These are not just for chemo patients, I have all my hair and these are a great alternative to tying a bandana. Really pleased. They were easy to order and came fairly quickly.

This is the second hat/cap we have gotten from you, and they are my daughter's absolute favorites outshining the bunch of swings and misses we had gotten prior to discovering your beautiful and flattering creations. The materials are superior as well.

I bought a ponytail hat wig. The hair color on website looked medium blonde. I recieved it and it was dark brown. I called them and sent picture of website color and what i recieved. She said lighting or camera was
the cause of website picture being lighter than what i recieved. Doesnt matter, i recieved different color. She still charged me shipping back to them. Bad and morally wrong. Their motto is "we care". Wish i could post picture.

This company makes quality products! Wish there was more variety, and colors! The shower caps are great! My husband especially likes the beanies for his bald head! Keeps him warm!

I have already had a response from Headcovers regarding this matter. They acknowledged that failure to have a style/model label on the beanies themselves presented a problem. I am 80% certain they delivered the requested items, based on color.

Company promotes easy returns, until you try to return something. Received a wig that I have purchased in the past from other stores, but the hair on this wig was much thinner and the wefting was uneven and sticking out - which left spots that made my scalp visible. 20% restocking fee is charged, even for low quality products

I am new to wearing wigs and have purchased two (2) and extremely pleased with each wig, they are natural looking, fit great and fun to wear.
I will be purchasing additional wigs in the near future.

The company provides excellent service and products.
The only issue I had this time was the head coverings are a little smaller than some of the previous ones I ordered. I will make sure of the size next time.
