I spent time shopping online, looking for certain features...wide brim, chin cord, no marking on the hat, formed crown. Headcovers provided everything on my checklist. I was kept informed regarding shipping, and the final product was exactly as described and high quality. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Loved the gel wig grip; unfortunately the seam started to rip at the thinnest part of the seam...sent a photo and was contacted right away that a replacement had been shipped...can't ask for faster service..."kudos" to your team! thx! Casandra Rose

This excellent small business gets 10 stars! I recently had a craniotomy and had a long incision across the top my head that needed a comfy hat to hold the bandage in place. The others I tried (from Amazon - yuck) were terrible (poor quality, way too tight, cheap fabric, not cute) and were all returned. I finally found the Headcovers website and got the Slouchy Snood Hat - it's cotton, soft, stretchy, high quality, adorable and just what I needed. Loved the fast shipping and excellent packaging too!

Overall a good experience. However, the latest shipment was incorrect. The wrong item was shipped which cost me return fees (shipping, insurance and restocking fees).

High quality - products were just as described. I appreciated the customer service response about how to keep the halo wig in place. It looks fine, but I find it itchy. The headband they recommended does help, but it is uncomfortably tight to wear for too long.
