I ordered the hat liner head band in white. I received a long white cotton scarf and a white cotton scrunchie!

I received a beautiful bra but a mistake was made. I ordered a 40 B but I was sent a 40 D. On top of that I had to pay for the shipping to return it when it wasn't my mistake. I requested that the company send me the correct size but weeks have gone by and still no bra.

i haven't tried out the bra (with pockets) yet, but the package arrived in good shape. no issues. looks good ... but i'll need to fill the pockets and try it out!

The website was easy to use and they had a good variety to choice from. I bought hats for my sister who is going thru breast cancer. She loved them!!!

Great selection of hats and scarfs. I liked the hats I ordered but the scarf was not the color I was looking for. I think you should take down the scarfs that are out of stock from the website so there is no confusion.

Very disappointing experience. We purchased a wig for my mom during cancer treatment, and due to her condition, she couldn’t try it on immediately upon receipt.

The policy is not clearly communicated—the box only had a pink sticker saying “inspect within 5 days,” not that returns must be completed within that time. Meanwhile, their broader 30-day policy is more prominently advertised, which is misleading.

They also deflected responsibility to the “designer,” even though the purchase was made directly through them.

We chose to support a local business and left feeling disheartened. Given their customer base, the lack of flexibility and clarity feels careless and exploitative.

I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere—I have found equal or better quality with more reasonable and transparent policies.

I was sent the wrong hat, and I gave them a bad review because they wanted to charge me for the return. They read the review, contected me and sent me a free return shipping lable. The return went well and they immediately sent me the correct hat. I was impressed with their professionalism and dedication to their consumers. I would recommend them to anyone.

These caps have full coverage for my 'full figure head'. Breathable material, comfortable that I forget I am wearing, fits under hoodie of sweatshirt, colorful. I have 4 burgundy color (couple have patterns) and 1 white cap.
Toss into laundry lingerie bag to protect more, and seperate to hang to dry. Delivery in U.S. Postal mail is efficient .

I love the slouchy feece hats. I wear them everyday. I have alopecia and these hats help me feel comfortable and attractive.

I bought a hairpiece topper from this company. I received it and it was nowhere near the color that was presented on the Internet. THEY HAVE THE 20% RESTOCKING FEE HIDDEN DEEP INSIDE THE DESCRIPTION AREA BECAUSE THAT WAY THEY CAN GET ANOTHER 20% OUT OF YOU.I emailed the company and told them that I would like to return it. Of course you have to get a RMA I did that I asked for a postage slip. I DIDN'T RECEIVE THAT! IT COST ME $14 TO SHIP THIS ONE LITTLE WIG PIECE BACK! ! then they charge you 20%, which is basically hidden deep deep inside where you don't realize this when you purchased from these people when all they have to do is take it out of the box and put it back on the shelf they want to charge 20% oh and they do too. I WOULD IT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY EVER TO ANYONE I KNOW. AND THEY HAVE.A 20% RESTOCKING FEEthat means you have a lot of returns but what are they gonna do they're gonna still gig you for more money by charging you 20% restocking FEE!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY!! OVERALL IT'S THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD WITH ANY WIG SELLER!!
