Never received my baby monitor (my mistake Karen it is a thermometer that was ordered under my daughters name) and they don't reply to emails its been 2mths since ordering im disgusted when buying for a new baby things are expensive now I feel I have lost my money or actually been ripped off 😡, I am updating this review Health Express had the audacity to look for more information from me to see if I made a legit order after actually robbing my daughter, order number #36122, order date 29/5/23 exact order Braun Thermoscan 7, IRT6520 digital ear thermometer 49.00 euro. Never received 5 times email Answered once by Karen and once John then ignored, tried ringing them no answer, messaged on wechat just ignored,3 months later nothing from them😡😡updated again, as I told you ordered under my daughters name, I have sent you an email with all the details but if you treat me the way you've been treating her im getting nowhere, you seem to be only able to reply through trustpilot but not your emails

Would not recommend
Very disappointed with returns service. Had to return a curler dryer as the head did not swivel. Was told I could not get refund as the plastic was removed ( even though I had repacked with plastic in place !) When you buy an electrical product you would for safety reasons take the plastic off and turn on the product to check for working order. J

Sorry you are not happy about this.
We did clearly outline the return process before you returned the hair styler. The product packaging had been opened and we can not resell products like this.
We need to ensure our customers receive new and unused products that are hygienically sealed.

Quicker than going to the shops.
I thought I needed a new blade for my Wet&Dry Braun S9 on Thursday 25th of May 2023. So immediately on to the phone and the following day I received the Pro version of the blade in post, from Health Xpress, at the same price as I paid maybe two years ago in a chemist. I don't use the electric razor every time 😀
I wouldn't have been in a position to get to the shops as fast. Well done Healthexpress.ie
