Customer Service could improve a bit
When I first started using them they were very customer service oriented and very friendly
I called today for a refill. And I was about to give the CC and we were disconnected I called back a second time and unfortunately the person who tried to help me well just didn't hit it off. He was very interruptive and somewhat condescending in his approach. I had to give all this information all over again so I wasn't in the great mood either so some of it was my fault to be honest . but a good customer service agent will know how to deflect that and work with the customer.. it just wasn't a good experience.. i called back a third time and this time the moment somebody answered the phone I got disconnected . so I don't know if it's my phone or their phone.

So I got a call from Scott from this company to try and get an idea what happened. I did change some of this review because some of my information was not accurate
The other information is accurate and I only add this that after my recent unpleasant experienc I did get in touch with Matt who was professional and was apologetic and did complete the order rather quickly.
I did modify the rating and hopefully any future orders I now have a couple of people who I can contact

Great customer service and USPS did its job
Another USPS order while I was on vacay from my job (I stayed close to home), and another successful delivery. It's better to order by mail than any other form of delivery. You get it in three days as opposed to the others, which mostly take two days and come with an excuse.
