I deposited with no bonuses, straight deposit using my bank account and I won fair and square. And prior to depositing I asked their chat staff if withdrawls to bank account is something they do and they assured me that I can. I've attempted over 10 times and it's been over a month they are refusing to send my money via wire transfer which there's no limitations or as one of the emails I got "However, we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to process wire transfer payments due to unforeseen circumstances". Although I enjoy playing on their but they need to pay players out and shut shop because alot of illegal activity on their end. But they'll strip anything because of the smallest thing. Yet they're the ones that are committing the illegal acts. And specially asking for very personal and legal documents which is all provided to verify the account. But they shouldn't be asking for things like that if they're going to play the silly goose game because they've essentially stolen my identity. So far withdraw was approved and says it be at least 5 days. I will update progress as soon as I get it. Until I do I will update the stars. Until then I just give 1 star. THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETELY AMORAL AND UNETHICAL, don’t send your money in their direction because they’ll rip you off. I had only played there once before, I went on the site and made a deposit. I opened the game and there was $22 on my account which came out of nowhere. I tried to play it down knowing my deposit was going in, it was down to $14. My deposit hit which with the bonus was $500 and I proceeded to win. I was up to about $4800, made a max withdrawal and still had $980 left. The next day I went to check on my withdrawal, they denied it, wiped out my whole winning and gave me back my deposit saying I “mixed funds.” I never approved of, requested or even notified to the reward they added to my account, I had no reason to believe there would be a reward. I made an honest deposit and I won fair and square yet they’re taking my $4800 all becaus le THEY MIXED FUNDS INTO MY ACCOUNT. I explained the situation to Nemo their Supervisor and he brushed it off like it was my fault.
