Hedge Nursery Ltd Avis

Plants delivered in very good condition.

I ordered 60 Hornbeam hedglings of 80-100cm. The plants were arranged to be sent the next day, so very happy with how fast they processed my order.

Although there was a small problem with the delivery company not turning up when they were supposed to, the customer service in offering to resolve the problem was brilliant. Noting the problem they did not make excuses and offered to replace any plants that did not survive the transit owing to the delay of the delivery company.

I was happy to find that all plants seem to be alive and well so I did not have to take them up on their offer.

I can say that I was happy with all things that matter, and the product itself, the speed of processing the order and the customer service post order. I would happily recommend the company.

The cherry laurel hedging plants we ordered arrived super quick, we ordered on the Sunday evening and they were with us on the Tuesday. They are lovely healthy bare root plants. Thank you.

Excellent service

Good ooking plants well packaged. Surley unhelpfull delivery driver lets the company down. Dumped the package completely blocking my vehicular access. I was home but he didnt knock door to ask where to leave delivery. When asked to move them he claimed his truck was broken. Liar. Surprised he has lasted in the job.

Ordered box hedges they arrived in great health, packaged well and very quickly after order.

Fast delivery ,great condition of hedge and super 👌 communication when out for delivery, Definitely use again.

Fast delivery and good healthy plants

The costs were excellent, the delivery swift, and the plants appeared robust and vibrant. The ordering process was straightforward, offering ample useful advice. This is our second order as we're continuing to fill in spaces in our newly established hedge. The initial set has thrived splendidly and has been welcomed by both ourselves and the surrounding wildlife.

I ordered 80 x 40/60cm bare root young yew plants having found Hedge Nursery Ltd via a ChatGPT search for the “best rated UK nursery for bare root hedging plants, particularly yew” The yew plants arrived quickly, well packaged and looked fresh and healthy. Really helpful website with planting and aftercare advice etc. Good communication. Highly recommend Hedge Nursery.

Great pricing, fast delivery and healthy looking plants. Easy to order with plenty of helpful guidance. Second batch we have purchased as we are filling gaps in newly laid hedge. First batch have come on really well and are appreciated by us and the local wildlife.

Beech hedge plants fragile & little root on most of them. Disappointed

Excellent service and quality. I bought some 40cm Yew Hedging which arrived when expected. It was bareroot and I planted it out the same day. It’s all very good quality and surviving the winter weather. Looking forward to it establishing itself this spring and onwards.

arrived on time, alive, got four plants having paid for only three

Prompt delivery. Plants as described

Very good company to deal with - delivery was spot on - exactly when I asked for them - the yew hedging was far better than expected with really good full roots. Would definitely use again. Thank you.

Easy ordering process and prompt delivery. Plants were well packaged, arrived safely and in excellent condition with plenty of fibrous roots. Sudden frost and frozen ground meant I had to wait four days before planting but there was plenty of helpful info on the website about storing bare root plants. Now I've planted my hedge I'm very pleased. Would definitely recommend and will buy from Hedge Nursery Ltd again.😁.

Excellent quality plants, came at the advertised sizes, very well packaged.
many thanks

Excellent service,value and price.
