The Kraft Heinz Company Avis 

What have you done with your delicious Mayonnaise? I would only buy Kraft for years, now I will have to find another brand. The last few jars I purchased were so thin, almost runny.

I'll give you 5 ⭐'s if you'll bring back Jell-O Pudding Pops.

Iced Latte Single packets - entirely awesome taste and easy to use. Retirees would be a perfect target market but we all pitch every one of our SSI income pennies and these are just much too expensive to add to our grocery purchases to start our days with. What a great promotion. Set up retailers to give a steep discount to people who purchase groceries with their SNAP/EBT card. A whole market of potential customers that you would never otherwise see. Founds meal worms in pistachio pudding mix. Call to complain and get a refund. Kraft and Heinz told me it was not possible to come from their factory. Our package was just bought and not expired and not compromised. Only did I want a refund and complain but I also wanted the other buyers of this product to know that there were worms in my box. But the company said it wasn't their fault and it was impossible for bugs to be in there even though I could send them pictures. So basically craft and Hines told me to go beat feet. Not their problem. So I will not be buying their infested products again. I used to love this company and so many of their products have gone downhill and so has this company everybody should blacklist Kraft and Hinez!

I bought a tin of beans and sausage and found a dead spider inside the tin(yuck) I complained and fair enough they investigated. But then sent me a measly 5 euro in compensation.

It is sad that Heinz will put so much crap in their ketchup do you understand how much sugar that you are taking in they are poisoning your body they use so much additives artificial crap. Other countries with band the most of the ingredients they put in their ketchup they wonder why people get sick it's all about money

I have been a loyal customer for many years of the shake and bake product, recent purchase $4.29 box and did not get plastic bags for preparations as indicated on the front of the box. Called the company and received a poor explanation as to them not including the plastic bag. Very dissatisfied with lack of compassion on Kraft side for my issue. The refused to send me a refund or make this problem corrected. I will no longer pay their exhortation price for bread crumbs with out a bag.

I've been purchasing Kraft Heinz Shake 'N Bake products for years recently, the boxes have been missing the plastic bags necessary to use the product and I've been using my own gallon plastic bags. When I complained, I as told that the bags have been eliminated to reduce plastic waste for environmental reasons and was advised to use a large plastic container. However, I don't think the elimination of plastic bags resulting in a savings by Kraft Heinz was passed on to customers as a price savings. I will look for other products going forward.

Ketchup really expensive switched to Aldi which is just as good

Their "Deliciouly Hot & Spicy, SPICY BBQ" sauce, has zero hints of spiciness, or hotness. A winter day in 40 below in Norway is hotter than this falsely advertised product. Who taste tested this? Fire them.

Maaaaan the bottle of ketchup I picked up from Walmart was expired and nasty, but i guess that isnt entirely their fault

I don’t like their mayo, their ketchup is good and relish. But I love throwing a Kraft single onto my little brother’s forehead. I yell “kRAft sINGle” in a weird voice and toss it. It really traumatizes him.

Ho fatto delle foto, indicando il numero di lotto ed il luogo di acquisto, buttato i barattoli e contattato il servizio consumatori tramite il form online

A distanza di qualche giorno sono stato contattato telefonicamente, richiedendo alcune informazioni aggiuntive e fornendomi spiegazioni plausibili sull'accaduto (con toni cordiali e distensivi)

l'11 Marzo 2021 mi hanno inviato una lettera di scuse con un pacco gratuito di 2 nuove bottigle di Heinz Tomato Ketchup ed un set di 3 bottiglie (Salsa Burger, Salsa Barbeque e Mostarda)

Essendo un accanito consumatore e non avendo avuto altri problemi precedentemente, continuerò sicuramente a comprare prodotti Heinz

Per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza personale, vi porgo i miei più sinceri complimenti

My family has been mixing ketchup and mayo for years. Its yummy that way. Thanks for bottling it, but shouldn't this product be called MAYUP not Mayochup??? Strange name.

I have had several experiences of internally corroded Heinz soup cans, which renders the product unusable. I first found the problem in a can of their chicken soup. I wrote & complained to them & they apologised & sent me some vouchers. I had hoped that would be an end to it.
However last week I found a can of mushroom soup, similarly corroded. Today, I had to open & dispose of, three further cans until I found one, which at least, looked to be ok. These were again, chicken x2 and a scotch broth. If all this is happening to just one person, how much of an issue is there on a national basis ? I have now lost all faith in the Heinz brand & will avoid there products from now on.

GLASS IN NO BAKE DESSERT

On June 11, 2020 I prepared No Bake York Peppermint Patty for my family. I prepared it according to their instructions, all packages were sealed inside the box. I seved it that night and discovered it had glass in it. Two of my family members are hemophilias. I had a cut inside my mouth from the glass in mine, my other 2 family members spit it out before swallowing, and thank goodness because they both had glass in theirs.
I notified their customer relations and spent 20 mins answering questions. I was asked to measure and email pictures of the glass which I did. I was then was asked to mail it to their lab which I did. I was told it would take 2 months to get the results. The results were inconclusive and then I was asked to do a survey. I performed all these tasks and in the end I was offered reimbursement for the product.
Considering if the two hemophiliacs had swallowed the glass, I would have been planning 2 funerals. Trust me Kraft Heinz is not about families and quality control and customer relations. All they care about is the bottom line and how much money they can make. I will NEVER purchase another No Bake product from them or any other produc with the Kraft Heinz name either. They CANNOT be trusted and they DON'T care about their customers. I spent many days and nights feeling terrible about serving this to my family because of their hemophilia. I personally felt they should have offered something monetary considering it could have ended much differently.

Best flavor and quality. Price is affordable.
