HelloApulia luxury of being here Avis 

We stayed in Villa Negli Alberi (villa Chiara) July 20th to 30th.

The villa is stunning. Set amongst lush pine gardens. So many areas to rest in the sun or shade. The swimming pool is amazing, huge, with spa pool (same temp as pool, cannot be heated) but very nice. Views across trees tops from kitchen terrace across the pine valley beautiful, as were the sunsets. Dogs can be heard barking around, in the evening, bit noisy on occasion, but inside villa you can't hear them at night.

The area of Selva Di Fasano, is the perfect base camp for exploring Puglia. It is high up, with amazing views down to Fasano town, coast. Arberello, Ostuni, Locorotondo, Monopoli so near 30 mins. Visit town early, and we went to Ostuni, and at night beautiful. Lecce and Mater just over hour away. Matera wow.

The local coffee shop, Bar Loco (has deli and shop inside), restaurants Cosi Comi can be reached by walking down the hill to rightside of property. La Grand Querichero restaurant is a little drive both lovely. There is a butchers along from Caffe that we had a meal at in the evening, basic but lovely bbq meats, eating with the locals. There is a La Botega for deli bits, fresh rolls supplies. In this parade is a chemist, and Seafood Restaurant too.

Driving to Sevettri, for seafood restaurants is only 25 mins. We had lunch there in Fronte Mare. Such a good price for delicious food.

The service provided by HelloApulia was very bad - our last stay at "Nido In Villa degli Agrumi" near Fasano in Sep 2019 was a nightmare for me and my family with 3 kids! We booked with HelloApulia properties three times since 2014 and 2017, but 2019 will remain the last time! Whereas the prices went up, the service and quality disappeared. We made unacceptable and disappointing experiences with the host Mrs. Sofrani and with her offensive and rude husband. Although we forwarded our first complaints (defective fridge, defective coffee maker, killing of strolling kittens) to the staff of HelloApulia on 7th September, none of the problems was solved during our 14 days stay for almost 2300€. Even worse: The hosts started to harass and offend my wife and me. Our check-out was delayed because the host blocked our car! As we missed our flight from Brindisi, legal action had to undertaken to claim compensation with HelloApulia (Booking Ref. 4090/2019)

Ci avevano consigliato HelloApulia alcuni colleghi; dovendo prenotare una settimana in un trullo e partendo da Roma cercavamo qualcosa di estremamente affidabile, avendo anche bimbi piccoli. Tutto è andato meravigliosamente, assistenza perfetta, location splendida e relax totale. Addirittura una sera sul tardi ho chiamato perché non partiva l'aria condizionata, sono arrivati nel giro di mezz'ora e hanno risolto il problema. Efficienza e professionalità oltre le più rosee aspettative. Complimenti alla HelloApulia e grazie per aver reso indimenticabile la nostra vacanza pugliese

La villa che abbiamo prenotato si è rivelata molto più bella di quella che ci aspettavamo vedendo le foto. Le ragazze dell'ufficio, poi, sono state tutte meravigliose e molto pazienti! Hanno risposto ad ogni nostra richiesta e ci hanno saputo consigliare (e addirittura prenotare) ristoranti fenomenali.

Esperienza davvero molto positiva. La struttura prenotata rispondeva appieno a quanto pubblicizzato. Lo Staff preparato, accogliente e disponibile nel fornire supporto all'ospite ha reso sicuramente la nostra permanenza molto piu' rilassante.

Con Hellapulia c’è L’imbarazzo della scelta! case veramente belle , li raccomando noi ci siamo trovati molto bene.

I had the pleasure of booking one of HelloApulias holiday homes this summer with my family. The services provided from HelloApulia were excellent & the staff were incredibly professional & helpful. We didn’t know the area well & we had on hand assistance guiding us for where to eat, shop, go to the beach etc. I would highly recommend HelloApulia.

We rented a property from these folks that was completely misrepresented as a luxury accommodation. While the personnel on site was very nice, the property itself was misrepresented. For example, here are things that I would expect in a luxury accommodation - air conditioning, a television (especially since the property description indicated the presence of a television 'nook'), more than one fork to eat with, more than two fans (perhaps one per bedroom), and a better response to our request for fans than 'we will talk tomorrow'. I could go on and on, but honestly it's not worth it. Bottom line is the best thing that ever happened was leaving this property and ending up in a luxury accommodation that WAS ACTUALLY luxury.

When contacted, Hello Apulia said I never gave them a chance to fix things, but my question is, with a luxury accommodations, should you really have to ask for forks, a television, or wait for fans? I have documentation on all of this that I'd be happy to share.

Great guys, very professional, take care of your stay like a 4 star hotel.

One never knows when booking online how accurate the photos are, but we fell in love with Fiori di Mare and we were not disappointed. What a beautiful place to stay. You could lock yourself in the compound and never be bored. However we did venture out to the lovely town of Trani a few time. It was hard to leave the Villa because the views, and comfort and ocean was right there. Excellent rental.
