Helpling Singapore Avis 

Helpling has been a great help for us working parents by providing reliable and consistent cleaning services. Any changes in cleaning schedule/personnel are also proactively managed such that we do not feel inconvenienced as well. Our current cleaner, Jue Jue, has been doing a great job, has a friendly attitude and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the home is cleaned to our satisfaction.

The company and the service are reliable as I scheduled it every 2 weeks.

She was on time and was very thorough in her cleaning. Highly recommend, didn’t need any supervision and did everything listed within the time allocated! Very pleased with her service.

I found that there is a similarity among all the helpers assigned to me: they do not rinse the mop head in the bucket frequently enough. The mop head needs to be rinsed regularly to prevent dirt from accumulating on it and being dragged around the house.

Some provider is not meeting the expectation despite the more premium rate charged.

I got Helpling recommended by a friend, but so far the experience has been really bad! I booked for cleaning through their highest tier - to get access to support etc. However, now on the second day, I haven't yet gotten any cleaning confirmed, and when contacting them through their chat, there is no response. I've sent a number of messages - and according to their website and the chat - it should be open. Also, the WhatsApp support that should be available doesn't seem to be available at all. So, seems like if I'll have to cancel my account before I even managed to get started. So far, a very bad customer experience.
