I’ve been using Helpling for quite some time and honestly had a really great experience with both the platform and my regular helper, Swe Swe.

She is reliable, proactive, and very independent in her work. Whenever I assign tasks to her, she is always able to complete them well without needing much guidance. What impressed me the most is that once she finishes her assigned tasks, she will even go the extra mile to check if there are other areas that require assistance. She also naturally offers help whenever she sees any of us doing chores around the house.

One thing that really stands out is that she works almost on “autopilot” — which is honestly very rare to find. It gives me peace of mind knowing I don’t have to constantly monitor or guide her.

As for the Helpling platform itself, it is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I like that we can request for the same helper, check their availability, and even reschedule sessions hassle-free (as long as it’s done at least 24 hours in advance). Overall, it has been a very smooth and convenient experience for me.

Helper needed little to no supervision to complete her job. She worked fast and was prompt in finishing the chores assigned. House was clean and dust free.
