I have purchased two bespoke shirt…
I have purchased two bespoke shirt gifts for special birthdays, they were very well presented in a lovely box with the instructions. The service my friend got was of a very high standard and the complete shirt was made in good time with friendly service. I would use this service again and would recommend to others

I cannot speak highly enough of the suit and staff
Having known Hemingway tailors for some time I have always really loved the thought of having my own tailor made suit.
I finally got the opportunity to get one and it was better than I could have ever imagined.
The whole process from initial measuring and picking my fabrics was high class and really gave me that feeling of being special.
The suit itself is out of this world and is like putting on a second skin.
I cannot speak highly enough of the experience, the suit, service and staff at Hemingway.

I found everything about the Hemingway service absolutely outstanding. The initial consultation was very impressive in terms of Mark's attention to detail, and the follow up was both personalised and efficient in every way.
The outcome was two super shirts which fit perfectly!

Great service
Order a pair of trousers for my wedding as I didn’t want the traditional wedding dress, from first contact Toby and the team at Leeds made it easy for me to arrange appointments, choise of fabrics are fantastic, and Toby listened to what I wanted and discussed what he could do, the trousers were delivered on time and everybody commented on the on the day.

Suit didn't fit
Either poor measuring or poor production. I pointed out the issues at the fitting and rather than do alterations, Toby said that he would make sure the changes were made on the next suit. As you may have guessed, I will not be returning a second time.

Obviously, we are disappointed to read your comments.
I have researched our records and have ascertained that it appears I made your suit a few of years ago. However, what is most concerning to me is that you infer that I refused to make alterations to your garment at the final fitting stage. I must say that I find this hard to comprehend as, I wouldn’t allow any customer (even those that buy during a discounted offer period) to leave without ensuring they are satisfied with what I have made them.
All my clients are my “walking billboard” and our main aim is to always provide our clientele with perfectly fitting and comfortable garments and we will always look to make adjustments (or in an extremely rare case, even offer to re-make the garment) based on the client’s preferences and shape requested at the initial fitting stage.
Furthermore, as a matter of course, I would also inform every client, that should they have any minor issue with anything once they have worn the garment on a few occasions to allow it time to gradually mould perfectly to their shape (as in the case when one sometimes buys a new pair of shoes) they could always bring it back and we would endeavour to adjust it accordingly to their entire satisfaction. Then, in this way we know, should they want us to make further garments for them, we would take any adjustment made into account.
