DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! To get you to order they will offer you a discount and tell you when it will come. I needed it badly as I was out. They said it would arrive in 5-7 days, but on day 6 they emailed and said they were out of stock and it wouldn't come until the following week. Too late to get from someone else that I could have ordered from to begin with. Their inventory system is terrible. I will never order from them again.

The Jason skin oil arrived very late. It was leaking all over the packaging. But the worst is it is not the same oil as the Jason Vitamin E skin oil I bought from Walmart some time ago. It feels different. It smells different - the wonderful smell of Sweet Almond Oil is not there. I would like my money back.

Beware! Don't trust them. They sold me a product that contains poison and they laughed at me when I asked for a refund. Shame on them for selling health products that have warnings ⚠️ that it contains poison!

Ordered a product from them, it has not been delivered, I have attempted to contact them several times to no avail and their telephone number appears to not work. It has been 2 weeks and not product delivered.

Stay away from this company! I wanted to purchase 1 bottle of Keto weight loss tablets - They took over $350 AUD and sent me 5 bottles of rubbish that doesn't work, then took another over $350 AUD the next month without my permission, for more of the useless rubbish! I contacted them immediately and was told the second amount would be refunded in 2 - 6 business days. Surprise, surprise, it has not been refunded and they are not responding to my emails. These crooks should be in jail.

they posted a fraudulent website saying they were marketing products from the Shark Tank program. I ordered and they said my card was declined and asked for a second card. I smelt a rat but it was too late they had debited $357 instantly. I will find you and bot f... you you dogs

Crooks! I paid for a phone consultation for 29.99 and was never called! I wish I would've read these reviews 1st before giving them my money. She seemed so legit on IG I decided to take chance for a consult. NEVER AGAIN!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY ACCESS TO YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!

These people are crooks and total rubbish. I ordered x2 tinctures and only received one, I emailed until the cows came home and got no reply. I kept on emailing and was furious! Eentually I got a reply from someone called Sarah.

She told me they would look into why I didn't receive my 2nd tincture, but never came back.
I emailed again and demanded a refund, I was so happy when I received my refund the next day.

From reading other reviews, I was lucky. Please do not order from these people they are awful. Their website is wonderful and full of lots of good stuff. Please stay away from these people, save your money do not waste your time with these fraudulent people. 😡

Most of these reviews are correct. I have written to Ema Shae, several times without a response, therefore i decided against making a purchase and judging from the other reviews, that was a very good decision.

FRAUDULENT. Also trade under the name EmahShae.shop . They have many followers On instagram and I’ve tried to contact them but have been blocked! I’ve sent numerous emails and made many phone calls to no avail. I’ve accepted that I won’t get my money back or the goods I paid for but please don’t make the same mistake I did and many other have also! I don’t know how People like this sleep at night.

DON'T TRUST this company. They fraudulently advertise herbs that they don't have in stock, keep your money and issue a credit note ( that I didn't want or ask for) in its place. E mails and phone calls are ignored......This company is linked to Sharon (herbalist) Ross aka Emah Shea AVOID

They have a good selection of herbs but do not order from them as you will not get your herbs, they sent me some of my order over 2 months after ordering and I have emailed several times asking for a refund on the rest of my herbs and have not had a single response, their facebook messenger is automated, you wont be able to speak to a human if u call them and you will not get responsea to your emails.
This company is trash and they are thieves and its very disappointing people like this target people attempting to buy herbs who are trying to live righteously, you are messing with powerful karma.
