Process was swift and easy to follow at the rental location.

The interior had been cleaned, but the car itself hadn't been washed; furthermore, the windshield washer fluid was empty and the coolant level was low—I really wish they had paid more attention to maintenance.

It was a good vehicle and good price thank you and it was easy to check it out

The original car we had reserved was not available (small SUV). We took a sedan instead and discovered an hour or two later that the trunk wouldn't lock (problematic because we were traveling a bit with luggage in the trunk). We came back to the rental location but no cars were available in our class. The wonderful lady who helped us told us to pick out a car in The President's Club area and she gave us a break on the fuel because of the issues that we had.

Staff are always incredibly helpful and the booking process is so smooth. An employee at this location also suggested I sign up for Hertz Gold and it has been a fantastic travel decision. Always pleased renting from this location.

Disliked all tires were under inflated about 10lbs requiring me to buy airpump for $20. Plus inside windshield was bery dirty and impairing visibility.

I was disappointed that the local agent who issued the car marked the document incorrectly to show I would pay for gas on return although I made it very clear than I would return the car full. And I did so.
Therefore, I was charged 54 extra dollars and had to spend time on the website and on my telephone to get this issue resolved. This is not the service I expect from Hertz rental car when I am a gold member and was on a five week trip in one of their cars.

Vehicle drove great! I did get a low tire pressure warning. I was able to fill the tires indicated on the dashboard. No further problems. Gentleman at counter check in and out was friendly and professional!

Absolutely abysmal selection of rental cars for President's Circle. No cars in the Gold/Five Star lot so I guess they would be out of luck. I had a Kia Niro, Hyundai Kona, and a Nissan Sentra to pick from.

I rented two cars (ALB and MSP) from Herz in the last week. When I returned the ALB rental early 9/10, no one was present to inspect the car. At the end of the day I received an email telling me that there was (unspecified) damage to the car and asking me to file an accident report. I couldn't do so as I had no details to offer as no accident had occurred while I had the car. I called the # offered as an alternative and explained the above to the Hertz representative. She offered to file a "no accident" report for me and mentioned that there had been damage to the windshield - even though there had been none when I returned the car. I have had no further contact from Hertz on the matter, but I would expect a much more secure return process and, in the event of damage to the car, a call from a Hertz representative rather than an email.

I returned the second car in MSP this morning and was pleased that there were Hertz staff walking around - and presumably inspecting - the car. I have had no contact from Hertz indicating otherwise as yet.

Both cars were adequate to our needs, although the MSP rental was much nicer and more comfortable. That said, it was showing a "Needs Service" message whenever I started the car.

Finally, it would be helpful if each car came with a set of basic instructions for its use. The ALB rental's connection to my phone was quirky, and the operation of the MSP rental was a little tricky to sort out on my own. Some basic operational information would have been helpful.

Bit of a miss on this rental. Fuel tank was not full, the windshield washer system did not work, and neither did the cruise control.

I had received repeated notifications that the facility would stay open for up to 2 hours if my flight was delayed. My flight was delayed and we rushed over to the location. I found an employee locking up for the night (it was actually a few minutes before their closing time). He said I needed to come back in the morning because he wouldn't turn the computers back on. I had already done the pre-check in but he refused. We had booked a hotel in another town an hour away. I told him this but it didn't matter. We had to find a hotel in Albuquerque for that night, double-booking us. I only booked this business because of their promise to stay open late. I am beyond frustrated at the lost time and money. Looking at other reviews, this is a common issue. I understand an employee not wanting to stay late but just don't promise it. I will never book with this location again.

Very good car, very good price, seamless pickup for Gold Member and effortless drop off. Rented a Mercedes 350 GLE for the same price as a regular SUV. Only negative - basic controls like radio & AC were not easy to learn or use even over 5 day rental.

Car was ready walked past checkpoint straight to car. Credited me with overcharge yesterday. Great experience
