The staff at this location treated me so kindly, so patently, and ensured that every time I went there, I felt like a valued customer. Many places claim to value their customers but this specific location actually did that. I think I’ve gotten spoiled because I will definitely rent from Hertz again, but it will always be at this location when I’m in Michigan.
