Bad, then great! but then bad again...
When I arrived the vehicle class I rented was not available and I had to take a smaller vehicle. Approximately 90 minutes later I was able to return to the location and exchange that vehicle for a larger one. At that point my experience would have been 4 or 5 stars. I was set back on time but the employees were polite and worked with me. But now I am trying to resolve toll charges through their Platepass system. The charges occurred before I took possession of the vehicle. I am getting the proverbial runaround from PlatePass and it is very difficult to actually talk to a human at Hertz.

I had a good experience at this location. I received a clean car, and it was ready when I arrived. The process was easy and straightforward.

Car was not clean
Car was not clean, inside and out. I did not use the prepaid tolls. I mention this to the representatives and the showed no concern regarding the additional prepaid charge.

Everyone was very polite and was very helpful with getting my rental car. The only thing that was not very good was that the car did not have a full tank of gas, and I did bring it back with it full. The car was dirty.around the frame inside.

Car was dirty and not cleaned inside or out. Not what I expect from hertz. Rented from this location several times and this is the 2nd time the car was not cleaned.

The Clermont location has amazing employees. They had me in and out quickly.
My only reason for not giving 5 star was, the vehicle equivalent did not offer the exact amount of space as the vehicle requested. The vehicle we were given smelled as if someone smoked in it heavily.
