Hertz - Delray Beach - Southeast 5th Avenue Avis

After returning my vehicle I rented hertz is charging for damages that I did not cause or responsible for and I am very angry

I have always used this rental facility when I visit my mother because they are so nice and helpful. My ride to Hertz was way earlier than the pickup time but they had it all ready to go when I arrived!

I rent with hertz all the time and Ricky makes my experience so fast and easy. He's quick to get me car I want and answers every question precisely. He's amazing I only want to deal with him

The truck I rented was superb. Location was clean and very easy to find. Need to staff location better, especially on a Monday morning. Only one staff member working and several customers waiting to pickup and drop off more than 30-40 mins.

The Delray Beach location has been consistently providing me with an excellent experience since I started renting from Hertz. Also the Atlanta airport location. I have always had a smooth, polite transaction. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for affordable tap to your vehicles.

I paid in advance to an agreed rate and upon return I was charged an additional $100 which has no explanation and I am now disputing this with my bank and also writing to the BBB as this is not acceptable

I booked and paid for my rental a week + in advance and when I went to pick up the car at 12pm I had to wait 45mins to even start the pick up process. Then the manager informed me that the car I reserved wasn’t available and tried to give me a car of lesser value than what I paid. Once i voiced my displeasure he told me to come back at 3pm and he’ll have the car I reserved ready. At 2:55pm he had another employee call and tell me my DL failed the scan which wasn’t true because he never scanned it to begin with so I went back in person and had them scan it in front of me and now all of a sudden it scanned. So I waited another 15min just for them to tell me they still don’t have the car I reserved. I reserved and paid for an electric Tesla and ended up leaving in a gas Chevy equinox!!! Not only was it unprofessional it was insulting, disrespectful and degrading to play on my intelligence! I’ve been renting my cars there for years and never had any problems with getting what I paid for maybe it’s new management but whatever it is needs to be addressed!
