The young woman with black hair at the counter is the best! She’s always so nice and cheerful! Thank you.

They have friendly staff, the vehicle was adequate.

Rental was ready but no choices since it’s a small airport. Checkin staff didn’t seem like she cared much about her job. Returned staff was friendly and engaging. Though restaurant recommendations at return and heading out of town is not best time. The car turned out to be great though was not sure at first. American cars tend to be gas guzzler but the Chevy trailblazer was comfortable but not as heavy on gas as I thought.

Great car. The team Got me on my way fast especially for a location that needs to check you in at the counter vs having keys and the car ready before you arrive.

I booked my rental through my company’s travel portal. At some point during the time I picked up the rental at the hertz counter, my debit card was charged

At check ou, my rental agreement with the stall number had the wrong stall number written on it. I had to set the car’s alarm off to find it.

Person in front of us at the check out gate as we left pick up area was held up because his paperwork has disappeared. We sat waiting to leave for 10 minutes while the gate person tried to find the paperwork.

Fast, professional

Upon arrival, they had no cars available. There was a fairly sizeable group of us waiting to be called to get a car. It took about 40 minutes. That's pretty unusual for any Hertz location. But upon my return to the airport we could see the issue was the return team. Chaos would be a good word. They were regularly way up front in a bunch while customer cars backed up. It got to the point that the woman from Avis helped get them to come move cars so Avis could take returns again. That helped for a minute and then the team was bunched up at the front again while traffic backed up. The sign said take your keys. That was incorrect. Probably should cover the sign as some people were on the verge of doing that versus waiting.

Our flight was delayed and so thankful to Hertz Eugene counter to still be open and get us safe in a car! Thank you!!!

We had no problems.

I both picked up and returned my rental earlier than planned. I was overcharged because the clocks at the EUG location were incorrect. Both my check-out and check-in time were incorrect. I'm finding it hard to impossible to dispute this charge with Hertz.

Vehicle was not well cleaned, continued to show need for oil change, had excessive miles for a rental, and required the tires to be inflated twice.

Customer service and newer car are why we like Hertz. Eugene is a small airport so we didn’t get to choose our vehicle, but really it was fine and we enjoyed the car.
