Rude, they never have the cars you reserve, the cars aren’t clean when you pick them up. And they have the “I don’t care attitude take the cat or go some where else!!!”

Unprofessional
Rude, they never have the cars you reserve, the cars aren’t clean when you pick them up. And they have the “I don’t care attitude take the cat or go some where else!!!”

Great location for availability & Great Employees …
Every person that works at that location is great and helpful. Don’t take no shit from people and is. They are also understanding and kind to everyone that’s not giving them trouble. Great experience always

The young man was very nice no problems…
The young man was very nice no problems getting the car but car was dirty and windshield inside was so dirty I had to pull into store to get washer and paper towels to clean it, car was not vacuumed cargo area especially. I returned car same way I got it. It was so busy I didn’t get to talk to the young man who rented it to us when I returned. Think twice before renting from Hertz again.
