Hertz - (LIHUE 02609-10) Avis 

1. Going directly to the car and bypassing the counter.
2. The rental car was in great condition and low mileage.
3. The ease of driving off the lot.
4. The ease of returning the car.

Car was ready for me the moment I reached HERTZ. Car was very clean and with full gas. Returning the car was very easy as well. Shuttle service and customer service was excellent

We had a flight cancellation and then a delay getting out of HNL. Hertz allowed me to get a rental, even though we were 4 hours late.

BTW - No one answers the phone at the Lihue location and the website doesn't allow notifications of itinerary changes.

Easy from start to finish.
Normally just look for my name and go to my car, but I needed to add my son as a driver, and the agent was efficient and super friendly.

Actually provide the vehicle advertised in a clean condition. Cheap and dirty substitutes are not acceptable.

Great customer service, but next time before rushing a car out to a customer, please check if it was vacuumed first before giving it. Found a pile of crackers in the trunk.

Car was ready when I arrived. The shuttle driver helped with our bags which has not always been the case. Sometimes the driver stays in the drivers seat.
Due to a hurricane I had to return the car 2 weeks early. I contacted customer service by phone and he refunded that part of the prepaid amunt.

We were caught in Hurricane Lowell, stranded at our resort, and unable to return our rental by then due date. Customer service was easy to work with in order to extend our rental due to the natural disaster. Upon return of the rental, everyone in the Hertz store was amazing and understanding. We will use Hertz again and again.
