Hertz - Manchester - Manchester - Boston Regional Airport (MHT) Avis 

The guys were very nice and knew their job.

Reserved through AAA to get their discount plus AAA checked around several companies for best reservation. Reserved as Pay At Counter. Modified my reservation a few weeks later to lower the cost which was easy. Gave Hertz our flight number. The car was ready when our plane arrived; took 2 minutes to sign paperwork at counter. The return was as smooth as silk. We were stressed ahead of time-Will a car be available? Will rental process be slow? Bottom line, it was an awesome experience this year at Manchester, New Hampshire and last year at Fresno, California.

I count on the ease of the process every time I go MHT airport and get a hertz rental car.

I did not agree to the added insurance and it was added to my account. I spent several hours trying to get it removed and they assured me it would be. It has been 5 days and I have not received the email stating that they would make the adjustment, not has it shown up on my credit card account

Everything was easy and the car (Nissan sedan) was great.

I reserved the “Manager’s Special” and got a Hyundai van. OK, larger than I needed but that’s the luck of the draw. The vehicle was available at my arrival and when I dropped it off all the employees were helpful, courteous, and good humored. The disappointing part of my experience was the condition of the vehicle. The windshield interior was quite dirty but I couldn’t appreciate that until driving out of the garage into the daylight. The next morning when the temperature had dropped into the 40’s the tire inflation warning light went on indicating one of the tires was low. When I checked I found that all 4 tires were under inflated by 20% or more. I am relying on Hertz to rent a safe, clean, and appropriately maintained vehicle. In this instance I was disappointed.

Car was ready for me on pickup. It was clean and in tip top shape.

I was misinformed about toll road fees.

The vehicle was a nice newer model car. However I don't think Hertz cleans the cars anymore like they used to.

Rental pickup and drop off went well, the only issue was the vehicle did not have a full tank when I picked it up (only 3/4) - I brought it back full. I dropped it back off early in the morning and there wasn't an attendant to speak with.

Would STRONGLY ENCOURAGE that the Concord NH desk answer their phones AND clean out the mailbox. It was frustrating not being able to connect for THREE days and Expedia was unable to communicate with them via phone and no response via email. The five stars is for the gentleman that was working and was able to make my change for me.

The vehicle was ready when I arrived. There was no Hertz member board but the check-in was quick. The vehicle was clean; however the fuel was not completely full.

We were very happy with the car we rented and the people at the airport in Manchester were polite and helpful.

the wait time was over 30 minutes. It was difficult to get ahold of a real person. The AI chat could not offer the help that I needed. I have been a long time client of Hertz, rent frequently and wish there was better customer service. I am thinking of changing to another company

Easy to pick up and drop off. The staff is always so welcoming, helpful and efficient. A great experience, twice now. Will continue to use Hertz.

I love to rent cars from Hertz! Always easy from pickup to drop off. The man behind the counter at the Manchester location is just so nice. It’s rare to still have exceptional customer service like this still!
