customer service was terrible
customer service was terrible. First, the guys at this location told me they didn't have the vehicle I needed, so I was given a bigger car, and I had to pay for the extra fee. Second, they gave a smelly car that smelled like someone had been smoking. When I went back and asked for another vehicle, they reluctantly went back to the car and said that it wasn't that bad. Finally, I was given a better vehicle, but I felt like I was begging them instead of them providing a service.

Customer Friendly,Honest, Helpful a location to go for all rental needs
From the moment I walked in to pick up my rental (after reserving online) Kerson was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle selection and was very patient with answering all of my questions. From start to finish even when I had to keep extending (because customer support over the phone was of no help) he was understanding and fast paced. I was in and out with hardly no wait time. He’s very attentive which is a great thing, because most places the service renters are not as on hand. The rest of the staff was great as well (from the encounters that I had from them). Most definitely will continue to go to this location as long as he’s there and as well as the rest of the gentleman are too. Great job

The representative that assisted me at the rent a car place went into details to tell me the benefits of renting a hybrid car, gas cost savings and daily toll plan you have available. Which influenced me to change my rental package. It was the best decision ever, as I had a great trip.
