Understaffed Location
This car rental location is consistently understaffed and frequently provides vehicles that are dirty and/or damaged. In addition, the staff are often rude, which makes the overall experience frustrating. I continue to use this location because it is the closest to my workplace, but I would strongly prefer to use a different provider if that were a practical option

Everything. What I was told at checking in to pick up rental was completely different than dropping off. I was charged an extra $208, she stated it was taxes?! I called Hertz and it was a fuel surcharge, which was refunded. I was charged $75 at checking in that no one in Hertz can explain. Our car gear was broken - Hertz was useless. We had to drive hours out of our way to replace the car. The airport staff was very nice. The check in has stayed full tank but they switched cars at the last second and this car had less then a 1/4. We took pics and called Hertz. It was a mess from start to finish. I was overcharged and lied to.
