Vehicle wasn't the size I requested/reserved. The vehicle I received was very small and very filthy. Staff was great, Hertz Customer Service not so much.

Disappointing
Given a car almost on empty, overcharged for gas, no lenience with 4 year president circle member using points, charged $350 for one day rental

tricked into paying unrequested insurance
terrible service
tricked me into signing for an insurance I did not request. complained twice. no answer. couldn't get through to anyone at hertz

What can I say
What can I say? Did I enjoy waiting three hours for a car at the beginning of my vacation? Not really. Maybe try to balance supply and demand a little more? I get it, Manhattan is busy. And $33 a day to use ezpass, really? Thanks but no thanks. I did get a higher class car after waiting, since they were literally handing out cars after they came in for all of us waiting, waiting, waiting.
