Got to lot and they had only two cars in the class I booked. The staff was great, just not the cars. The car I got had 67,000 miles and they considered it new. There was damage to the car also.... Voir plus

Did not get what I Rented
I reserved a standard SUV, knowing that it would be a perfect size and height for my dad. We were given a Jeep Wrangler, which is normally classified as a sport Utility. I know most people would be happy to the upgrade. However, my dad struggled with getting in and out. When I asked to get what I reserved, the worker claimed this was all they had clean and that it would take HOURS to clean a new car. They then blamed me, stating, I needed to note in my reservation that it needs to be a "normal" SUV to ensure that I would have not gotten a jeep. Then we were stuck with the Wrangler. If I use Hertz, again, I would like to get what I reserved.

When we picked up the SUV it was the one we had chosen, and the clean. Staff was excellent to work with

Staff good, cars not so good
Got to lot and they had only two cars in the class I booked. The staff was great, just not the cars. The car I got had 67,000 miles and they considered it new. There was damage to the car also.
I only booked here for price because airport was too much at last minute rental, will always just book ahead of time and rent at airport from now on.

The computer that took my reservation let me reserve for 5:30 pm. The Branch closed at 5. I arrived at 5:15 and the girl at the counter waited for me. She was very nice and I was very thankful she waited.
Flexibility of renting from Massachusetts and turning car in, in Florida was awesome. Minivan drove nice and it was comfortable for a long trip with a moderate amount of belongings that we needed to bring with us.
I did not get her name but please pass my thanks on the the girl that waited for me and got me on my way. Much appreciated.
