The desk staff were helpful friendly and attentive. The car was in good condition. Garage was very confusing and lacked appropriate signs and support. Pickup and drop off attendants were unhelpful and obviously not interested in supporting customers.

Herts I found the place at 950 mason long line
I found the place at 950 mason, only one attendant and a line of 6 person in front of me. needed to pick my car by 2 pm and ended leaving the counter at 2:34pm
If they new there were a lot of visitors , the Hertz office should added 2-3 persons for the occasion, one is there , the next attendant comes and the other person that is working with the clients leaves leaving the counter still one person

I returned my rental car on time but…
I returned my rental car on time but was incorrectly charged for an extra rental day, late fees, and additional taxes.
The most frustrating part was trying to get the issue resolved. I called the local office multiple times, left voicemails, and never received a response. I eventually had to return to the location in person, and it still took additional follow-up before the charges were corrected.
I appreciate that Hertz ultimately refunded the incorrect charges, but the process took far more time and effort than it should have.
My advice: **Don't leave without getting your final receipt and confirming your return has been processed correctly.** I chose to have my receipt emailed, and that's when I later discovered the billing error.

The car was so dirty
The car was so dirty
The inside of the windshield was so dirty we couldn’t see out of it when the sun shone on it.
We had to take it to a car wash and pay $35
We need to be compensated for that ‼️‼️‼️
