I really like this location. This last visit lasted longer than expected but the customer service is always top tier! Loved the vehicle! Staff is consistent too!

Normally, I have issues with service at Hertz locations. However, this location I pleasantly surprised how nice and helpful everyone was there.

Pleasantly surprised!
Normally, I have issues with service at Hertz locations. However, this location I pleasantly surprised how nice and helpful everyone was there.

Poor customer service
I have answered three surveys on my experience with the same comments. I arrived at the appointed time to find the Hertz office in Smyrna open but vacant. I waited about 10 minutes and finally Izzy came in from the parking lot. She began my rental transaction but elected to answer the phone and deal with a customer despite the fact I was standing there. This customer had a problem and instead of putting the customer on hold Izzy engaged and I spent the next 15 minutes listening to her side of the conversation. This is extremely poor customer service. In addition I ended up with a different class of car than what i had rented and had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the car to be cleaned.

I was told the car would be ready in 10…
I was told the car would be ready in 10 minutes after a quick cleanup; however, it was actually 45 minutes. Please don't set unrealistic expectations only to not meet them. Car was great and service was friendly. Luckily I only needed the car for a few hours and returned shortly thereafter.

This location really needs help
This location really needs help. I reserved a LARGE SUV for a set amount. When I arrived, they tried to triple charge me and give me a small vehicle. I gave them all reservation details but was still overcharged and had to ride uncomfortable in a smaller vehicle that I did not want. There also was not much gas in the tank when received and long wait time trying to return. Extremely disappointed with Hertz.
