I booked in for a C1&E.
The instructors were very knowledgeable, understanding and helpful. the whole process from booking with the sales team to individual tests and completion of the course was seamless.
I would definitely recommend to others looking in to upgrading to a HGV license.

Very professional from the the first phone call inquiring about taking my class 2 licence talking through each stage and they work very hard around you to get everything in place to start your lorry coarse

Service was fab. They messaged before and after every test which was nice. Showed they actually cared

The man I spoke to promised me everything and seemed very keen to secure payment from me. When I asked him to confirm the dates first, he said he’d get back to me within 15/20 minutes. I didn’t hear back from him so I called back and was told he was in the phone. That was hours ago and still haven’t heard anything. I feel like I dodged a bullet by not using this company. I may be wrong, but my advice is be careful using them.

Hgv Driver Training Centre were extremely helpful and supportive through all my class 1 training, they arranged everything for me hassle free so i could focus on the learning.

I completed my class 2 and class 1 from HGV training center recently. The staff and trainers were super supportive and patient,booking classes and tests for the convenience of me asking during each steps. And the support program to find a job after completing is highly recommended. Thank you HGV training center. Recommending 10/10

HGV Driver Training Center is awesome, special and just exceptional. All you need is do your part by religiously practicing their all-in-one easy learning kits and you would smile home with success in one try, and become an amazing driver.
Their amazingly friendly and respectful team are always readily available and accessible to help.

Hi I have been in Canada for last 18 years so was a bit green on regulations. So I done 5 day cpc course the instructors were really helpful. I would recommend enterprise to anyone I’m older and not very confident on courses. But explained everything.

Clearly a cash cow in making money,if you fail anything they will charge you way more than you will get charged by doing it yourself. I qualified in January this year and still haven’t had a call about any jobs.
If you fancy doing it, look in to your local HGV driving school,much cheaper way of doing it.

My experience was outstanding, very supportive and reassuring throughout the whole process, everything is organised and put in place to help you pass. I would definitley recommend them to who is wanting to do their hgv license.

Really easy to learn through this company

Wasted a month of my time.

After a long search for a company to go with my HGV training I found this one due to their reviews. However I wish I didn't. From the start I wasn't listed to.

At the start you go through basic paperwork where to see what you need to do, I informed 2 different people in 2 different departments that I do not need a medical due to already having a provisional license however I was still persuaded to do so which I did and after doing it, the doctor told me that this was a waste of time as you only need a medical if you're applying for a provisional license. Which I already have... That's fine I thought as its only one mistake that the company made.

Then after a week I get my dates for my course, I think that's great. However after another week, I get a call saying that course has been cancelled and they will call me to let me know the next set of dates. So I wait, a week goes by and nothing, so I email them for an update, I proceed to do this every two days however all I get is an email saying "sorry no update, we will email you when there is one".

3 weeks go by at this point, still no date. I then call up to cancel my course. Get told that a manager will call me up at 1pm ... 1:48 no call.

I decide to call up and chase up the manager to then be dismissed and told to just contact customer service as he doesn't deal with this stuff.

Waste of time and honestly very poor service.

I had an amazing experience with HGV Driver Training Centre.The whole process was smooth and professional and I felt supported every step of the way, Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed or under pressure, if ever needed to speak to somebody the phone dont go past 2rings before somebody answers lol,

I completed my HIAB course through HGV Driver Training Centre and the whole experience was excellent. From the first enquiry the team were professional, clear and genuinely helpful. They explained what the course involved, sorted the arrangements, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect.
The training itself was first-class. The instructor was patient, knowledgeable and practical — not just ticking boxes, but making sure I understood the equipment, the controls, safe working practice and how to operate with confidence. Everything was explained properly and I never felt rushed. By the end of the course I felt competent and much more confident on the HIAB.
Communication throughout was brilliant. Queries were answered quickly, the booking ran smoothly, and the staff treated me like a person rather than a number. That support made a real difference.
If you need HIAB training and want a company that actually looks after you rather than leaving you to work it out yourself, I would recommend HGV Driver Training Centre without hesitation. Professional, well organised and a genuinely outstanding experience.
