Completely painted over my solar panels + leaks

My roof tiles had quite a lot of lichen growth so needed cleaning. 10 years ago I had complete roof restoration with cleaning and painting; 5 years ago just cleaning. Both times I did not have any problems. I got High Class Roofing this time to do the restoration at the end of March. Prior to this, in spite of the seemingly endless daily downpours for many weeks, I had no leaking at all from the roof. The quote given by High Class was in cash without option for cheque nor credit card payment, but the business seemed to have good testimonials online (now I wonder if they are just fake), and also because he was quick to come to inspect and quote. BUT, READERS PLEASE BEWARE. (1) During high-pressure cleaning of the roof tiles, water actually dripped into the house in different areas. I told the workman at the time but there did not seem to be any pressure adjustment as a result. (2) I was told at time of inspection that there were "over 50 broken tiles just on inspection; more would be found after cleaning." The quote would have been partly based on the number of broken tiles to be replaced. But the actual number replaced was only 43. (3) On day of painting, I found them scrubbing used and painted tiles, to be used to replace the ones on my roof. On querying, I was told that my house was old and tiles of the same type were not being made anymore, so second-hand tiles from demolition sites were used (did he get them free??). This type of tiles did not suddenly vanish from market, but I was not told this when I was given the quote, believing that I was getting new tiles. (4) Before painting, I had warned [Name Removed] several times to be careful with the solar panels, but when I checked the day after painting, two panels for the hot water heater that are separate from a larger cluster of panels, were completely painted over. I sent a photo to [Name Removed]; he had to come to scrape paint off these panels. To this day, I do not know if all the paint had actually been removed, and if the panels had been damaged by his scraping. I also do not know if the other panels are paint-free as they are shielded from view by a pergola, and I am too old to get on the roof to check. [Name Removed] said they were ok, but can I really believe him??? (5) Then I started noticing water stains appearing on the ceiling along rafters/beams about one week after the job was done, obviously due to leaking from the roof, these areas spreading longer and wider in the subsequent weeks. [Name Removed] refused to take any responsibility for the leaking, saying only if water drops are actually seen dripping after I have painted the ceiling, then would he come himself to re-paint the ceiling. How does that help with the leaking happening now?? (6) Paying him the large amount of cash for the job has only resulted in big problem after big problem, not to mention having to spend more money now to get a painter to remove the stains and to paint the damaged ceiling.
