If you have any problems or questions the customer service is second to none and response times extremely quick. I can thoroughly recommend to owners who appreciate being in control of their property sale and who want to save money on placing their property with an agent.

It didn’t take long to list it at all. You can do it in 10 minutes, but we took about an hour and a half over it. We wanted the listing to look really good. What we liked was the control we had, from photographs to property description and price. We could change any of that 24/7.

When we listed, our property appeared on Places (in Jersey) and Jitty (in the UK). For free. We did an open viewing. We had 4 other viewings. And it was fun. Direct contact with potential buyers, personal engagement and chatting about the apartment. It resonated with those potential buyers. It was a happy experience. We then got an offer through the platform. It was for the asking price, so we were chuffed!
