Hillwood Villas Avis 

I moved here after a terrible experience with an apartment complex off of merchants drive called steeplechase. I won't go into that here that's another review. Hillwood Villas has got to be one of the best places to live in Knoxville because it's great value for the money. I'm renting a two bedroom apartment for the same amount of money that I would be paying for a one-bedroom apartment in West knoxville.

The apartment, like all apartments here, have been newly renovated they got the nice luxury vinyl plank, remodel kitchens with new appliances, dark finished cabinets, and of course a fresh coat of paint. The unit is very spacious and gets lots of light. I work remote so the second bedroom is nice and big and allows me room to stretch out and work.

As far as amenities go I couldn't be happier, big pool, they have a fitness center and a package room that needs a code to get into your stuff doesn't get stolen. One thing that's a real standout for this place is the maintenance. Everything seems to get taken care of within 24 hours of putting in a maintenance request staff is really cheerful and really helpful and they seem to be genuinely enjoying taking care of the tenants.

Again this is one of the best places to live in South Knoxville, pack, it's one of the best places to live in the city of knoxville. one more thing I want to add is this place is really close to downtown and it is severe avenue entertainment district which is popping! So you're never going to loss for something to do. And if you're the outdoorsy type, the outdoor wilderness is just a short walk away with a Greenway pads right outside of your door. I get this place five stars and I highly recommend you check it out!
