We visited the Southall showroom of Himalaya Carpets in the new year to choose and eventually place an order for carpets for a large rental property in W. London. The choice of carpets was vast, the sales and measurement service was very professional and the staff very polite. Most importantly the prices were very competitive. Once the fitting was arranged , the fitters arrived on time, they were very professional and polite and completed tge fitting to a good standard. Good service, efficient sales staff and polite fitters. Communication was good kept us informed, turned up when they said they would despite having to rearrange fitting at our end. New carpet and underlay look and feel great. Have used them before and no doubt will use again.

great guys, job finished ,nice and tidy.

they do not have a comprenhensive range of carpets for customers to choose from.A surveyor was sent to my house but he did not check to see if the carpets would cause problem to the door to close.He was only interested to take my money which I paid in full.The carpet fiiters did not shave the bottom of the doors they said it will be ok over time.I had to phone the company to have the problem with the doors solved.

Really good service. Changed the date few times for fitting the carpet, the team were flexible and accommodating.

Very punctual and good service only suggestion I would give is that if they did the cutting outdoors and maybe bought dust sheets with them as the dust was everywhere
