Terrible product. Terrible customer service. Never order from here.
Signed up for their monthly underwear bundle. Got the first order. The underwear are cheap to say the least. No panty lining just cut fabric. Regardless. The next month nothing came.bi forgot about the ongoing order until the next month i was charged again. I contacted their customer service. And got no response for two weeks. The response i got finally was that the underwear changed and so there was a delay.
A two month delay? Why am i bein charged? When will these be delivered? Two weeks go by. No order . No tracking numbers. No communication or apology on two lost orders. I sent like three emails. Simply asking for a response as to what was going on. They blocked my email so i couldn't get any information. Needless to say. The orders never came. And i was never refunded. I contacted my bank as well as better business bureau to file claims. Never order from them.
