No compensation to old players

I have invested a significant amount of money in Smite 1, buying many skins, content, and the Ultimate God Pack, building an account full of valuable items. It is incredibly frustrating and disappointing to see the game abandoned by the developers, who are essentially forcing players to start over and repurchase everything in Smite 2. The promise of retaining what was bought in Smite 1 has not been honored, and the so-called compensation system through Legacy Gems feels inadequate and unfair. This situation hurts the players who supported the game financially and emotionally from the beginning. It feels like a betrayal and a loss, with no clear hope that this won’t happen again. I urge the developers to reconsider their approach, respect their loyal player base, and provide fair compensation rather than forcing us to pay twice for the content.

Terrible game company

Terrible game company! I hate them for abandoning Rogue Company. They are forcing me to play to a different server that causes my game to lag so bad. I'm fine waiting for too long as long as the game is not lagging. Even if I set my settings to my server the game will still force me to play to another servers and the weird things that's happening when I was winning, suddenly my gun will not damage the enemy. I hope they will sell RoCo to a competent game company and revive the game. It has a lot of potential and it is the best 3rd person shooter in the market. I wonder why low-rez studio is wasting this game's potential. The community is great too, but they killed it. Date of experience should be everyday!

Terrible support

Great Games, terrible maintenance... Servers where down this morning at 4 am for smite 1 and they are down again less than 12 hours later. Hirez sucks at game support.

Paladins 2

A very bad company who destroyed Paladins.... nothing more to say.. Please change your Company Aproach and launch a Paladins 2 with the same mechanics but Polished Grafics. It could bring you back from having bad reputation

Fui roubado

Fui roubado, e o suporte não responde a mais de 1 semana, sendo que recebi 1 mensagem "estamos verificando" a 4 dias..Sem retorno, sem nenhum respeito, jogo desde o closed beta. POXA VELHO!

Auf einer Stufe mit Ubisoft ...

Was soll ich noch sagen was meine Vorgänger nicht gesagt haben? Hi-Rez ist ein absolut unfähiger Entwickler. Massig Problem auf dem PC und der Nintendo Switch. Das fängt schon beim Account Linking an. Kein Bock mehr.

I love playing rogue company but...

I love playing rogue company it's fun,but I haven't been able to play a decent match in rogue company now for three days,it's been lagging,freezing, and throws me back to lobby.
Theres still people that play this game ya'll so how about fixin it aye.....all your games should be prioritized equally and not just the ones makin the most money!!!

Hi Rez doesnt care

I have a total of 1673 hours in this game across multiple accounts. I brought a lot of people over to smite. They pay money and play just like i did. I also owned almost everything in the game. (I was very dedicated and enjoyed the game while I could)

I've spent about 1600$ on the game over the past 10 years.

I'm writing this review not only to let people know what they are getting themselves into but also to kind of try and vent my frustrations and talk about the betrayal that you WILL endure while playing this game. As i said I've been a player since Alpha, I've been a VERY avid player. Everyone has their slip up and that's not for just games but every day life, I think that's something we can all agree with. Fact is I got banned... I know most people will automatically consider that bad and that i was at fault. However I want to say first that my bans have been me standing up for myself each and every time and not me starting the situation.

I understand technically i could have just taken a beating, I nor my other team mates deserved it. We shouldn't have to take it either... So I stood up for myself rather than letting adult children play their game at their leisure and at the cost of our enjoyment of the game... Can anyone guess what my prize was? What I received for doing the right thing and saying what everyone wanted to say? I was banned... Unjustly...

I tried to make a rebuttal, the people at Hi Rez just said "nope you broke conduct" to which i asked if they looked at the game or were going off what a bot said. Their answer "we can't answer that". More games than not, even if you report someone for MULTIPLE report-able instances Afking, Not playing their roll" Harassment, Intentional feeding etc... They will take no punishment... They will receive no due justice, you on the other hand will be.. Because how dare you refuse to be bullied, how dare you stand up for yourself and your team... (TO clarify it does say "action has been taken against someone you reported" in all my years playing I've seen it only a handful of times...)

Fact is Hi Rezs report system is wack and works not only against itself but us as players to. You get a total of THREE bans allowed for your whole life span... (Keep in mind it doesn't matter to them if its just or not...) They don't get back to you many times with the report ticket as for why you got banned. They often will ban you for stuff even though you yourself were the victim in the scenario and were just standing up for yourself. The game is seen over by bots so most people that work for Hi Rez don't actually care and just take whatever is taken in by the bot as the bible...

I've been a smite lover since it came out, i have almost 2 years of my life real time dedicated to the game and have been a loyal patron of smite putting in about 1600 thousand dollars since it has launched. I am a good smite player that has promoted their content to others. I was unjustly banned multiple times and not heard many more... Typing this now working with Hi Rez really has been like a toxic relationship. Sure there's plenty of good times but you are never/rarely heard, they clearly don't care, and they will toss/ban you even without a real reason. Imagine if you were in a relationship and they were like you back talked three times, your out. There should be maybe three bans a year at least allowed, not in your life...

Unless they fix their issues or fix what they did I have no interest in backing them any longer... I say this with plenty of stress in my heart and as someone that has always loved and enjoyed smite... Hi Rez don't care about their players or loyal members. The ones that deserve the justice never seem to receive it. I have NO intention of playing smite two either and would much rather spend money on other games that are more deserving and have requested a refund for the Ultimate Founders Pass that i bought when they announced it. I will no longer be playing any of their games either. Smite is a great game ruined both by people and the company that runs it...

In addition to this, all the people i play with agree with this. They don't agree just because they are my friends but rather because its true... If someone's wrong we call them our for it and stand up for what right. So everyone i play smite all level 200+, multiple accounts and have been around since alpha, have also refunded their Ultimate Founders Edition and we have been recommending others not to get it. Smite 2 may be a different game but its run by the same people that don't care and will have the same people that abuse the system and ruin the game for others. In fact it already does... Its a genuine shame...

I plan on letting everyone know the truth wherever I can. I'm tired of such unjust treatment and with such absurd rules that aren't followed through with the RIGHT people.

Stole from me twice this summer, NO Customer Service.

Well, earlier this summer, my in game items began to disappear from a crossover event when they tried to begin selling those items again. I wrote Customer Service immediately, they responded, "aware of the issue" - then closed my ticket and told me to keep checking Twitter. How does that get me a refund on those purchases that totaled around $100? I had faith, don't ask why. I spent around $200 more several weeks ago, had another purchase issue, and left a Customer Support ticket. I got the same thing. "Check Twitter for Updates". Both tickets were closed by the support team. No refunds were issued, no items were returned, nothing. This company has stolen quite a bit from me. There is no Support. There is no purchase Support. Telling buyers to "Check Twitter!" after they take your money and run is insane. I want resolution, Hi-Rez. I shouldn't have to have come here for it. Every time I try to re-open the unresolved purchase tickets you ignore it, now. I know many others are not alone in having been ripped off over the last few months. Maybe you guys will stop stealing from me and actually provide Customer Service if I post here. At least, others should be well-warned.

Useless support members who threaten players, nice move Hi-Rez.

I didn't know they could get even more pathetic but wow, after countless calls to support for unfair suspensions, I get a message threatening me saying ''It is genuinely not a good idea to insist on trying to appeal your account before the date stated above.''

How to try to silence people saying the truth by Hi-Rez, unfortunately, you can NOT silence people :) I hope nobody will ever support you ever again because you don't deserve it at all.

they're are straight up thieves, I bought points in the point shop in smite, the paypal was process on my account but the points themselves didn't arrive until days later at which point the event for said point was done, I ask to be reimbursed or to have my points transfer to a currency I can use, they refused said they couldn't do that. they will steal your money.

Hi Rez Suave is the most unhelpful support member i've ever talked with. He was unable to solve an easy issue. Seems he was pissed to even have to help, it's your job dude.
