CAN'T EVEN SIGN UP
Their system of sign-up is complete rubbish. They put you on a waitlist for almost a month, and you have to contact them via email to "expedite the process". When contacted, they'll ask you once what your business does, then ghost you. They haven't responded back; it's been 2 weeks. Was having high hopes for this one, but their onboarding kills it. I'll change my review if they can fix this right away.

Avoid HitPay Payment Solutions Sdn Bhd – Unprofessional & Disrespectful Service!
I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with HitPay Payment Solutions Sdn Bhd, and I feel compelled to share my story so others can be aware.
While I understand that my company did not qualify for an account with them and respect their decision, what I cannot accept is their complete lack of professionalism in handling the process. Their platform allowed me to set up and work extensively on my account while waiting for approval, leading me to invest significant time and effort to configure it for my business needs.
As someone who is differently abled with deformities in both hands, any work I do takes considerable effort. Despite my challenges, I am determined to succeed, which makes this experience even more frustrating. Instead of notifying me of the rejection, HitPay simply ignored me—I had to reach out myself to find out my application was denied.
To make matters worse, when I appealed directly to their CEO and COO, neither of them had the courtesy to respond. Instead, a staff member, Paula Vitan, replied in a dismissive and rude manner. Is this really how a financial service provider should treat potential customers?
This kind of unprofessionalism and lack of respect is unacceptable. Financial service providers should be held to a higher standard, and HitPay has failed terribly in this regard. I hope others take note and think twice before considering their services.
If this is how they treat people before even opening an account, imagine what happens when you actually use their platform. Be warned.

Transparent fees, easy to setup, great customer support
Amazing platform.
Fast and easy to setup with them! We had to move from Shopify to Wix. We found Hitpay during our move and they allowed us to accept all major payment methods very quickly. Their fees are also transparent and easy to understand.
Customer support was also amazing. Fast and effective. Shout out to Michelle who came to our aid on a Sunday morning.
