Fees are very affordable
Fees are very affordable. Was able to link hitpay to our company app as well. Also able to customize the admin fees for various payment methods. Areas for improvement would be more customizability for the customer receipt for payment links. Would be good if admin fees could be customized for international card payment and local card payment, since the hitpay fees vary for the two.

Hitpay made my business receiving payments seamless with payers by card/ paywave/ or most of the payment methods i had difficulty before (grabpay/ alipay etc) best thing is a one time payment for the POS system and lastly great after sales service! 5-Star Rated.

Card, PayWave, GrabPay, Alipay, all in one place after dealing with that fragmentation before, that's a great use case for HitPay. and a one time POS cost instead of ongoing fees, plus solid after sales support, that's the full package. thank you for the 5 stars and the detailed writeup!
Great Customer Support
It's great to be able to contact customer support through WhatsApp, and the response rate is within the same day.
The status of payment links (e.g. completed or unpaid) is clearly stated for easier reference.
It will be even better to show the breakdown of transactions related to every bank payouts, instead of having to download it.
Only downside for now is the high foreign currency transaction fees (+2%) :(

really glad WhatsApp support with same day responses has worked well Angie, and that payment link statuses are clear for your reference. good suggestions too, showing a transaction breakdown per bank payout instead of requiring a download, and on the foreign currency fees, that's fair feedback on cost, we'll pass both along to the product team. thanks for laying this out so clearly.

One-stop shop for Payments
It's a one-stop shop for payments.
Hitpay is a really convenient payment gateway for Singapore sales. We only use the POS, not the website option, but it is excellent for inventory control too. Sometimes payments do take a bit longer to process, the rates can be higher than I like (we use Square in Australia so it's quite high compared to that) and the way that different payments are credited to your account at different times makes for tiresome accounting, but it's still the most convenient POS system I've found for Singapore retail.

really appreciate this level of detail, it helps a lot. glad HitPay's been the most convenient POS you've found for Singapore retail, especially for inventory control. on the rates versus Square in Australia, that's a fair comparison since pricing structures differ by market, and on payments crediting at different times making accounting tedious, that's useful feedback we'll pass to the product team, a more consistent settlement view is a reasonable ask.

I have been using HITPAY for about a year. It is very easy to install and most importantly for me, when I have questions, I can easily connect with REAL people whether on Whatsapp or Email. A lot nicer to deal with human instead of a chatbot.
