I bought suede's new album in basildon store which was £24:99 , didn't realise i was charged 28:99 until I got home? Don't know why, thinking it was deliberate overcharge.

I have used HMV for quite awhile now
I have used HMV for quite awhile now.
I like the delivery service, for Home delivery and delivery to the store.

Very friendly and helpful man that…
Very friendly and helpful man that served me over the counter at the tills very happy with the service I received and I find everything I was looking for but one thing which I ordered in store and got it delivered to my house so very happy

Visiting HMV Basildon.
When I visited the HMV store at Eastgate Basildon on 3/3/26, to pickup a dvd which I had pre ordered I was served by Shawn. He was very helpful and pleasant, as I find all of the staff in store. I will be visiting again in the future I am certain. Janet Hursey
