Your staff was really helpful and polite and helped me find everything I needed quickly so I didn't have to spend a lot of time finding it even though I had a list of items.

I went in to store to pick up a pre order and was happy to find that my pre order was already out at the front of shop instead of having to wait for someone to go get it from the stock room

I lOVE HMV
I have always shopped at HMV. With the closure of most independent record shops it is great to still have a store in my city centre. The staff are knowledgeable and so helpful. I mainly shop for entertainment not music, they are vital for both. What can I say more I love HMV.
