everyone was extremely nice and helpful. the service at the tills was amazing including pleases and thank yous ; which is highly unlikely nowadays! i was super impressed!

I visited The Vault in Birmingham to…
I visited The Vault in Birmingham to see Jayler play. It was easy to order online. Not too many communications from you afterwards, just enough. Collected my vinyl and wristband and thoroughly enjoyed the set. My only criticism was that the queue to get our cd/vinyl at the till was very slow. Definitely could have done with 1 till dedicated to regular shoppers, and at least 2 other members of staff.

Good experience
Well organised. The only thing I could mark down from the meet and greet was how the security lady spoke with a gentleman who was in the q ahead of me. Was a little abrupt but nothing more than that.

Meeting Jeff at the Vault
We recently went to see the legendary Jeff Goldblum at HMC Vault in Birmingham. I went with my friend, who has an access place so we had first chance to meet Jeff. Mainly, the staff were lovely, but the whole experience was like a conveyer belt. One security member was very abrupt, barking 'no physical contact' at everyone, when Jeff was grabbing hands and shaking them! She was also grouchy at people filming other people, which happens. We were pushed through like sheep and hardly had chance to say two words to this amazing man. Yes there were lots of people there but 1 minute of conversation would have been nice. I felt it was over in seconds. Not the best HMV.
