I found the service from HMV very prompt and precise with my purchase. I orded it on the 9th August and it was ready to collect on 14th August which was excellent. The emails i got from the store were great to they kept me up to date excellent work from HMV in Bristol i am so happy with the outcome i have awarded the store in Bristol five stars to show my gratitude for there excellent work.

HMV a positive experience all round
I have ordered from HMV online many times over the years and have never had any reason to be disappointed, unlike a lot of retailers online selling physical media HMV always packaged items securely in sturdy packaging to minimize the risk of damage, will definitely continue to shop with them both online and in store.

Ordering DVDs
The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly making the ordering process very easy. My order arrived after 3 days and when i picked it up the staff member remembered me, even though rhey werw busy! A smooth process all round really.

HMV has always been there
HMV has always been there, long after VirginMegaStore, or Tower Records, & they have served me brilliantly for 40 years: now i can't get out as much, they always deliver pre-orders, or new orders on time, & they're always the best value online compared to many sites that took over sales for so long, that are no failing us. luv HMV. always will.

You have to love HMV
You have to love HMV. They may not have the credibility associated with a couple of their less mainstream rivals, but they've managed to keep on doing what they do well for so long now that to me at least they are a treasured institution. I have no interest in the themed 'stuffies' or most of their merch in general, but if selling such items is what it takes to survive, then that's fine by me - just don't drop the music and books.
