Although the store did not have the DVD required,
the assistant in the store was very helpful in purchasing it on line in the store and having it posted to me.

The staff are excellent they’re so friendly I shop there at least 4/5 a week I absolutely love HMV they have everything I need a great selection of 4k and vinyl and I will definitely keep shopping there I’m a complete movie buff and also love my music 🎧

Always get fantastic service in the Cardiff store, spoken many times with the same man, think his name is Keiron, the go to person for 4k bluray as staff say. Always recognise me when in and that goes a long way.
You can see he takes pleasure in his work and great knowledge, he advised how good Terminator 2 was on Bluray, did t try to sell but I asked about 4k and he had provided a personal and honest view on films worth getting, the standard Bluray of T2 he highly recommended and I would 100% agree with him.
The date of experience last week I've listed as last time in store but the experience was over multiple visits not just that day.

Why HMV is a kool place
It is difficult for me to shop as I am a person with Autism and being in public has its drawbacks with so much ignorance and lack of humanity. HMV has been a place where I have been shopping since I was a young man and now I am 55. Every time I shop here everyone is excellent and helpful and most importantly,the staff are always very friendly and polite. I hope this continues because HMV have always been a place of quality.
