Recommended good quality customer service
Good product knowledge by staff member in-store.
Very helpful to locate stock and place order for delivery into store. Good communications via email with order updates. Order delivered promptly to store within just a few days. Very pleased with this service method.

Having not found my choice within the Cwmbran store, i was offered the option of having it ordered and delivered to the store. I was updated by regular emails up to collecting the item. Excellent service

Easy, convenient
Easy to order and pay on click and collect. Notifications came on time, product arrived in time for Xmas. Staff in the shop were friendly and efficient (Cwmbran)

Staff were very helpful and attentive
Staff were very helpful and attentive. Offered to check for a DVD for me which was possibly upstairs in stock. DVD purchased although out of stock, but HMV e mailed me when the order came into the shop and I collected it. Having never been in this branch before, I found it very friendly and helpful. I am 80 years old and no whizz kid on DVDs, CDs.Blue Ray etc. So I found the young staff very helpful.
