The staff were friendly and helpful.
I told the assistant what I was looking for and he searched through the system to find it. Gave me a description of the item to make sure it was what I wanted.
It arrived a couple of days later and have had no problems.

Returned in store and ordered online replacement
Had to return a record to store due to a bad pressing, store ordered online for me a replacement. There was a price disparity which was sorted in store. I didn't give 5 stars as when you ship to store you use Royal Mail so there is no difference between shipping to store vs home this should have been pointed out as ship to store is normally quicker with other retailers. HMV need to sort out the pricing

Orderd for collection
Orderd for collection. No email to say it had arrived in store. Only an email to say I had been refunded as order not collected. Not even 4 days after I placed the order.

I bought several DVDs and ordered a CD to be delivered to my home address. Delivery only took a few days. All seems very well organised.
